What's up guys? Welcome back to my blog. How was your first day/s of school? (I know, even I hate waking up at 6am just to get ready.) I bet you've missed all your friends, your low-key crush teachers, your "never gonna happen" soulmate, and your math class. LOL! Anyways, this week's post is all about 5 tips or hacks on back to school. I'm going to show you a couple of tricks about fashion, school tips, and other possible things that I can think of because I'm Brylliant! (Duh!). Moving on. Before I start, I just want to let you guys know that we didn't use any DSLRs for this shoot, rather we shot these using our phones! Shout-out to my friend Jules for accompanying me, your shots are stunning! Now on with the post!
What I'm wearing: baseball shirt(Don't Blame the Kids), shorts(Hovermen), socks(Topman), backpack(Wrangler), shoes(Vans).
Shirt from Don't Blame the Kids. | Tip #1: Well, what else am I known for? So first, we're going to talk about your wardrobe. If you're a college student like me and studies at an institution that hates uniforms, then I welcome to your death. (kidding!) The key to not have a headache in the morning is to plan your outfits. Great way is to let your Sunday be your 'Get you wardrobe ready Day'. Plan your wardrobe for the week! Trust me, it'll save you hours!
Tip #2 is still clothing. Try to dress as simple as you can. Don't overdress! Remember, you're only going to school. Personally, the best way to dress up for school is wearing a statement shirt like your "Fake-fan band tee" or over-sized shirt and pair it with shorts or can be pants, depending on the weather. Then just bring a jacket in case you guys have those "OA sa lamig" rooms. After that, wear your utmost comfy sneakers and you're done! Voila!
Shorts from Hovermen. | Tip #3: Never forget to bring a pen, paper, and your 1x1s photos on a first day. It's an essential guys! Some teachers or professors just asks for your pictures and let's you write down something on a first day so keep that in mind.
Tip #4: Budget you daily expenses. I know this sounds like "Are you my mom?" but even though y'all rich, you still still need to learn one or two things about spending. (Ok, enough with the Hood talking.) But seriously, learning how to budget your expenses can be of a great help especially when you need some emergency cash. It would sacrifice a lot of in-between hours of cravings, but it's all going to be worth it.
Now lastly, Tip #5: If you're like me and the first thing you do is check social media, maybe take a couple of "I woke up like this." selfies, or maybe even capture your OOTDs in front of a mirror, then switch to OPPO F3 now for that perfect Insta-like shot! The OPPO F3 is known for having Dual front cameras. One with 16MP and the other with 8MP 120° wide-angle camera. Now you can take morning selfies like no one else, and take group-fies with your barkada when you're feeling bored in class. Go extra by using the Beautify 4.0 setting to boost your selfies even more!
Socks from Topman and shoes from Vans. | I was never really fond of wearing long socks just because it kind of makes me look shorter than I already am. But, they're just so cute I can't resist. HAHA!
So that's it! I hope you guys learned a lot. I hope you had fun reading this post, and hopefully you'll tune in to the next one! I had lots of fun writing this just because I learned the hard way whenever it was MY first few days of classes. So there. 5 basic tips! (Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored post. I am not getting paid for this.) I just want to share to you my thoughts about this and hopefully I can even be a bit of a help. Thank you so much! As always...
Stay Brylliant!
