COLLARS AND COLORS

Another late post. Yay! (when will I ever learn...) Sorry for that! I was a bit MIA this week because I was sick and I just stayed in almost the whole week. But, I’m all better now and going back to do photo shoots so hopefully I can post at least one or two times a week.

On the other side of this post, did you guys had fun last June 7? That’s right, #BU9xSMART was a blast (literally) because of it’s new get up. This season’s installment was a bit different because they’ve added cocktails, DJs, and the event was a whole lot more star-studded.

This season, I went a little wild with my mix and match (because my hair has serious outfit-matching issues). But in the end, I liked how it turned out. It’s kind of like a mix of both preppy and grunge. But you know, underneath those smiles and calm-looking poses, a lot had happened during my day.

What I’m wearing: shirt(F&X), joggers(Mint), coat(Forever21), midi rings(Cotton On), watch(Casio), shoes(Converse),

shirt from F&X. | What I love about F&X the moment I set foot inside their store is that comfort is their number 1 priority. From basic tees all the way down to pants, shorts, and everything else, it’s a perfect comfy fit. The style and designs are just plus points in finishing the look you’re aiming for.

It was such a pain in the ass during pre-BU (Bloggers United) and BU day. Pre-BU went wild because I was out and I spend the night at my friend’s crib. Bottom line is, I forgot a lot of stuff that I was supposed to bring so that I wouldn’t have to go back and just go straight to the event. So it’s BU day, and I had no choice but to go back home and do all my shinannigens, then leave, then take a cab, then (Ughhhh,,, telling it to you guys is stressful enough) change outfit from there. Oh it was just horrible.

coat from Forever 21.

But of course, besides from attending the event itself, another reason why I went was because it’s the perfect opportunity to bond with my friends, and with some people I know from the industry.

And luckily, it all went well. I get to see my friends, have drinks, spend more time with them over dinner, and go home smiling (and a happy tummy). I just have to compliment the way they all dressed. Ugh! Why weren’t we like this way back in high school?
